Ombudsman
Definition
A body that receives and resolves complaints in a specific industry, for example, the Ombudsman for Short-term or Long-term Insurance in the insurance industry or the Ombudsman for Banking Services in the banking industry. An ombudsman exists as a result of law or through an association.
