Our annual premium and benefit adjustment will take effect from 1 July 2026. This adjustment accounts for the rising costs of providing legal expenses insurance benefits.

Over the past year, we've continued to invest in our service to our Members.
We held 125 763* consultations with a 95%* resolution rate.
We have opened 70 332* new legal matters, referred 8 002* matters to our Network and paid out over R94.5 million* in claims.
We revamped and relocated our Branches in Johannesburg, Mthatha, Mbombela and Vereeniging.
We’ve held over 195 000* conversations through our digital channels, with 3 133 Members using our self-service options.

Gold Membership — R151 per month
As a Gold Member you will get –
> Up to R151 000 for legal fees per case (was R145 000).
> R21 350 for legal fees in case of Accidental Death of main Member.
> Insurance cover benefits for criminal, civil and labour-related matters.
> Tax advice and assistance for personal income tax of main Member.
> Municipal assistance for primary residence of main Member.
> 6-month premium waiver in case of retrenchment or permanent/temporary disability.

GoldPLUS Membership — R236 per month
As a GoldPLUS Member you will get –
> Up to R236 000 for legal fees per case (was R226 000).
>Insurance cover benefits for criminal, civil and labour-related matters.
> R31 800 for legal fees in case of Accidental Death of main Member.
> Tax advice and assistance benefit for you and your Spouse/Life Partner.
> Municipal assistance for your primary residence.
> 6-month premium waiver in case of retrenchment or permanent or temporary disability.
> Advice and assistance with the winding up of a deceased estate valued at less than R250 000.
> Drafting and safekeeping of a simple Will or Testament.

> Advice and assistance with the winding up of a deceased estate valued at less than R250 000.

As a Pensioner you will get:

> As a Pensioner you will also get all the benefits of Gold Membership.
> Pay R75,50 per month.
Available to existing Members who turn 60 and can provide proof of retirement, after a two-year claim-free period, or to Members who turn 65 after a two-year claim-free period.

Optional Added Benefits
Teacher, Health Care Professional and Enforcement Officer Benefit — R23 per Member per month
Up to an additional R69 000 for legal fees per case for matters that arise during the course and scope of your employment.
Insurance benefits for defamation, insult, verbal abuse or any other infringement of your personality both during the course of your employment and in your personal, private and individual capacity.
Extended Family Protection Benefit — R90 per month
Up to R90 000 for legal fees per case.

Anniversary premium review
All Memberships, which commenced on or after 1 July 2018, will have their annual premium and insurance cover benefits reviewed on the anniversary of their Membership. Memberships that were in-force on 30 June 2018 will have an anniversary date of 1 July.
