LegalWise has been once again recognised as a Top Employer for 2024. This prestigious certification, granted by the global Top Employers Institute, underscores LegalWise's commitment to fostering a workplace of excellence and acknowledges the continuous improvement in its people practices.

The Top Employers Institute certifies participating companies based on the results of their Human Resources Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six human resource domains namely Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage and Unite. These domains in turn consist of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more.

Upon being awarded the certification, Siva Gengan, Chief Executive Officer, at LegalWise South Africa, expressed her satisfaction with the achievement, stating, "Attaining this certification for a second consecutive year is testimony to our continued commitment to our Champions to offer valuable work experiences, benefits and opportunities; an environment where all Champions feel a sense of belonging which enables them to deliver on our brand promise of empowering affordable and timeous access to justice through which individuals can enforce and defend their legal rights”.
