Additional benefits

A maximum of 5 children may be covered under Family 1 - 5 at no additional premium. Cover ceases on 21 years of age unless the child is a full time student in which event cover will cease on 25 years of age. All relevant information must be provided on the application form.

Additional cover

You can also add your parents to the funeral policy. A maximum of 4 parents will be allowed. A 9 month waiting period applies.

Parents Benefit:
Premium: R5 per R1000 cover per parent - Under 56 years
Premium: R7 per R1000 cover per parent - Between 56 - 65 years
Premium: R9 per R1000 cover per parent - Between 66 - 75 years
Premium subject to change

A maximum of R10 000 cover per parent is allowed.
Maximum entry age 75 years of age. A standard 9 months waiting period applies.

Joining LifeWise is easy

2. Upon completion of your application form, post immediately to LifeWise. If you prefer, you may even fax us your application form on (011) 472-2055.
3. You may also contact your nearest LegalWise/LifeWise branch for more information on how to join LifeWise. You'll find all the branches and telephone numbers on the contact us section of the website.

LifeWise will then:

1. Register your application into our policy management system
2. Send your policy document and other legal documents to your postal address mentioned on your application form
